Our housing contracts align with the Kennesaw State University academic calendar and span 12 months from August to July.
We offer a variety of floor plans, so Owls can live where they feel most at home. Each apartment or cottage comes with a private bathroom, but the exact number of bathrooms depends on the selected floor plan.

Yes! The Retreat at Kennesaw features a large parking deck along with surface lot parking in front of cottages throughout the community!
